About Me
I'm an Inner Reconnection Guide, and I hold space for people to come back into relationship with themselves. Through the body, awareness, feeling, and deep listening, I guide people to reconnect with their inner world — their emotions, patterns, and inner voice — to build a more nourishing and compassionate relationship within, and to create a more aligned life outside. My work weaves together yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, relational spaces, and nature-based experiences.
why this land called me
Why Dharamshala?
Over the past 3 years, I've spent close to 18 months living and travelling in India — including a month in Dharamshala, a place that has deeply shaped my own journey of slowing down, listening, and reconnecting to myself.
It was here that I experienced stillness and a deep return to myself — waking up to mountains all around, walking through quiet trails, spending time by the river, and being held by the simplicity and quiet of the land.
Surrounded by nature and immersed in the rich Tibetan culture of the area, there is a quiet depth to this place — peaceful, grounding, and deeply restorative. This retreat is born from that experience.
A space to slow down, to feel, and to return — not just to yourself, but to a deeper sense of presence, belonging, and connection.
The Accommodation
Your stay is crafted to complement the journey inward. Each of DevBhoomi's cottages is thoughtfully designed to reflect the quiet elegance of the mountains, offering privacy, simplicity, and comfort in equal measure. Nestled into the contours of the hillside and facing the gentle river below, the cottages are surrounded by nature's calm and the Dhauladhar range's sweeping views — an ideal setting to rest, reflect, and restore.
Hearty Meals
At DevBhoomi Retreat, food is more than sustenance — it is part of the healing journey. Our Village Café serves home-style cooked meals that celebrate simplicity, seasonality, and connection. Every dish is prepared fresh using ingredients sourced from our own organic farm or trusted local growers. From light breakfast spreads to traditional Himachali feasts, the dining experience here is both comforting and conscious. We believe in slow, mindful eating — food that nurtures the body, soothes the senses, and complements your practice.
